Technical: Our technical skills include:

Database architecture, administration, development, data quality engineering to process large volumes of data using the database design and data warehousing tools in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase platforms.
Enterprise Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting using Hyperion Intelligence Suite, Business Objects XI Reports, Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Project Server.
Application systems architecture, development, testing and implementation of Internet and Intranet applications in IBM Web Sphere, Web Logic, Oracle Applications Server, Apache, and Microsoft Internet Technologies.
ERP Systems implementation and support using Oracle applications, Oracle CRM, Peoplesoft, and SAP systems.
Network and system administration in Sun/Solaris, IBM AIX, HP/UX, LINUX, and Microsoft Windows operating systems environments.
Applications development and support in Microsoft.Net, Microsoft Office Products, and other third party tools.

Software Life Cycle Management: Our consultants are required to apply a software life cycle management discipline to all their work, even when the customer does not currently apply these principles. Our consultants also adapt their discipline to the customers’ quality practices.
People/Team Skills: In addition to the "hard" skills, our consultants are proficient in the the "soft" skills of interpersonal communication, negotiation, consensus problem solving, and motivation.
